The Pool Café is an espresso bar and serves light meals and dinner. Stocking delicatessen items crafted by a local food-lover, the café provides coffees, snacks, drinks, meals and dinner to guests anywhere in the hotel.

Part of our dedication to our guest’s enjoyment has resulted in a partnership with a selection of distinguished Cape wine estates. Guests can participate in wine tasting from these various Western Cape wine estates at The Pool Café and select their wines from our extensive wine list.

The Bay Hotel arranges guest transfers for VIP tours of these estates, including meeting the wine makers themselves and an exclusive cellar tour with wine tasting.
